Here’s a little sneak peek behind the scenes…

I thought I’d give you a sneak peek behind the scenes and show you how we go about an assessment with a new client as we set out to create their strategy.

This is the agenda from a two-day strategy kick-off with a new client.

(You’ll have to scroll down a bit because the formatting in this platform is rubbish!)

We cover quite a bit more ground when we’re in the room, but I find this gives us a good framework to assess the situation and gather the information needed for the strategy.

I believe any stakeholder engagement or strategic communication strategy has to be commercially focused, delivering growth, commercial outcomes and ROI, not fluff.

And to win over the doubters, it must add value quickly, because people feel great when they see how fast they can get results – sometimes on the same day.

I’m sharing this because in the current environment we need to be asking better questions and 100% focused on delivering outcomes that serve the business.
