It’s so easy to over-complicate things and get in our own way. We often do it in just the way we speak – jargon, acronyms, consulting-speak, too many words, too many pages.
It leads to overwhelm and paralysis.
To get to the next step of anything significant we need to move fast, fail, test and learn faster – then slow down to communicate.
